This project was built in Unreal Engine 5.2. The player takes on the role of an office worker whose workspace has been overrun by bugs. The goal is to make it through the office while dodging and destroying the bugs along the way.
The image below is the first thing the player sees, this aims to foreshadow what is to come in the game. To give an introduction into the mechanics.
This is the third level. It uses leading lines to guide the player, subtly directing how they should move through the space. This level also gives the player time to think using the negative space.
This is the final level. The player has now been taught everything they need to know. Leading lines to show the player the directions they should move in are still present.
